    With this package you will have 2 weeks of my support that is tailored to you and your family. We will schedule up to 5 visits out of the week that are a min. 4 hours long. During my visits you can expect me to be there for you with things like:

    -Talking and listening to your needs and the needs of the family

    Being a safe place to share thoughts and feelings

    -Helping with laundry, dishes, light house keeping, etc.

    -Feeding your baby

    -Bathe or help bathe your baby

    -breastfeeding support

    -Care for your baby while YOU get rest

  • Kalmness

    With this package you will have 4 weeks of my support that is tailored to you and your family. We will schedule up to 5 visits out of the week that are a min. 4 hours long. During my visits you can expect me to be there for you with things like:

    -Helping with laundry, dishes, light house keeping, etc.

  • Bliss

    With this package you will have 6 weeks of my support that is tailored to you and your family. We will schedule up to 5 visits out of the week that are a min. 4 hours long. During my visits you can expect me to be there for you with things like:

    Being a safe place to share thoughts and feelings

    -Helping with laundry, dishes, light house keeping, etc.

Birth Doula support:

As your birthing doula, I will provide emotional, informational, and physical support during pregnancy and labor. Once booked, I am available to you daily starting at 36 weeks pregnant via text, call and/or email. I can also tag along with you up to 3 prenatal appointments as long as I am updated with the schedule. Most of my support will be during your labor and birth experience. We will go over preparation and expectations for your labor and baby(ies) birth. Physical comfort measures for laboring and a birth preference sheet for your home and(or) birth experience will be discussed with me as your birth doula. Labor and birth support is limited to 24 hours of support. I will provide you with 3 postpartum visits that are 2 hours long once your baby or babies are earthside.
